PetWhere has been dropped by Bosack-Kruger & the ASPCA -- we encourage you to try alternatives.

PetWhere is a product of the Bosack-Kruger Foundation.   I no longer work for them nor do I have source code for it, but do have a lot of experience with their product (I was their developer for over 2 years) and brought the product from an unstable buggy release to final "2.6, build 54" release, which is still the version being released.

  • Want to update your zipcode table to the latest?  Look in our Utilities page.
  • A list of consultants that have contacted me are here.  They have offered their services for free or low cost to PetWhere shelters.
  • I believe in the project; so as time permits; I offer my services to those users of PetWhere for free; or if needed; on a consulting-flex-payment/fee basis.
  • Don't forget, I host a PetWhere user-to-user email list. It may prove to be a better source of support than the ASPCA.  Visit http://petwhere.jassing.com:8081 and the email list is "PetWhere"

Contact me at support@jassing.com if you have questions/comments/concerns on any of the following:

  • DataBase repair; reindexing help
  • Speed issues (Including Network bottle necks)
  • Conversion Issues (However, until an outsource group is found; I HIGHLY recommend NOT switching to PetWhere at this time. Wait until 3.0 is out, if and when that time comes.
  • Program Errors (I do NOT have source for the program; but I may be able to provide a work around)
  • Data Errors (ie: Fees/Licensing errors)
  • Custom work (New utilities, or medicine name changes)
  • And general support; if you feel that software-help@petnet.net is not satisfactory for you.

Please check here often, I will post updates as I hear them.
