Here are the Steps required for us to help you remotely.

  1. Please be sure you have contacted us first via email or phone (253) 884-0751.  If a technician is not available, your support request will go unanswered.
  2. You will need the remote control module -- Click here to open itSelect Open or Run when prompted. 
  3. Once you see this screen, double click on the 1st option, unless otherwise instructed.
  4. In your system tray, you will see a yellow icon, it will switch to a green icon once a technician has connected with you.
    IF you get an error about a missing dll
    -- click here & select Open or Run when prompted, and try again.
  5. This process will enable us to take control of your system.  Note: Once the session has ended, we cannot automatically reconnect -- you would need to re-initiate the connection, so you may wish to save the download to your desktop instead of selecting "open" or "run" from #2 above.
  6. For remote SpyWhare/AdWare/Virus removal -- we will install software that allows us to connect on our own; but will remove it when we are done.  We will need to reconnect several times after rebooting your system.
  7. The Remote module, when no longer in the system tray, will automatically be completely removed from your system.
