These are older utilities for cc:Mail.

The Novell utilities were written for Novell 3.12

These utilities were written in my off time to help out the cc:Mail administrator at Philips Semiconductors years ago.  He was an Ex-Lotus employee; and loved them; he also shared them with other ex-Lotus admins; and they use them too. To my knowledge; they are still being used.

I have not tested these in recent times -- I've lost some of the source code for these; I've recompiled as many of them as I could to get os/2 16 & 32 bit, and dos versions, but they are not complete. Sorry.

Program Specific Info
jFiles
(dos, 32 bit os/2 only)
* ANY * semi-useful in batch files.  Give it (as a parameter) the # of files you want as a "warning" level (ie: jFiles 100) and it will set the errorlevel depending on if there are 100 files in the current directory (More, Less or exactly)
jAttach Novell Helps you get over the "8 server" limit of attaches in Novell -- will automatically attach/detach for you
jMap
(dos & 16 bit OS/2)
Novell Will dynamically map a drive; and optionally run a program; then un map / logout of server
JUP
(dos only)
Novell
* Any *
Sort of a replacement for wsupdate. Faster; slightly easier to use.
jAdmin cc:Mail Will dynamically map/log into/logout etc a server and run ADMIN.EXE (or import/export) depending on options passed.  Very good for the cc:Mail admin who has to maintain many postoffice across many servers
JBM cc:Mail "Josh's Bulk Mailer"  -- Will send email to many users with a limited amount of work. Great for notifying users of down time.  If you can "export" a user list; this will read that list; and send an email to those users; this USES import.exe
