We block some IP's because they are "known" for spamming -- unfortunately, that means we block some good folks too. We ARE sorry for this inconvenience.  We only block IP and IP ranges after due diligence in trying to work with the postmaster of the offending domain.  We also use several anti-spam related services (i.e.: spamcop.net)
