On memorial day, our otherwise sleepy little marinia, came alive! The Bremerton & Tacoma outstations were packed (normally; there's no one there, on the weekends, MAYBE 3 boats) This weekend, they were rafted 5 deep off the end of the dock, and there were boats rafted in the middle of the bay! Wow! Makes me feel like Ka Nalu is just a dinghy! We enjoyed a beer while on our new power boat. Don't worry, I'm not giving up on sailing.. it's just insurance if I ever need to commute to the mainland for work.
