What can you do?   There are LOTS of tools out there to help you remove these infections from your computer; but some even infect you with their OWN spyware!

We have years of experience in removing these types of software from your system.  We will even help you prevent re-infection!

We charge a flat rate of $75 to clean a system.  We can do this remotely if you have broadband, but it requires that we have access to your system for several hours.

If you are in the Seattle, Tacoma, or Olympia area, we encourage you to bring your system to us so that we can back it up prior to work, in case something goes wrong.  When performing it at our location, we back it up, clean & disinfect, bring all service patches up to date; and offer an optional "clean backup" on DVD for an additional $25 so that if your system becomes re-infected again, you can quickly recover to the state it was when it left our care.
